Baba and his Granddaughters

When Annie was shopping for Baba's annual Reyn Spooner Christmas shirt (he's been collecting them for 15 years or so), the clerk at the store mentioned that, for this year, Spooner was also putting out Christmas baby dresses - was that serendipity or what! So Annie of course had to buy the dresses for Hayley and Shelby, and thus we were afforded this nice picture of Baba and his eldest granddaughters all dressed up in matching, classy Christmas Spooners.
Throw Clifford into the mix, and everybody starts laughing. Well, everyone except Hayley - she doesn't seem particularly thrilled that Shelby's got Clifford and she's got nuthin'.
Okay, okay, Hayley gets a little snuggle time with Clifford, too. Now she's happy.
Coffee time? Well, Baba has his coffee, and you can't eat or drink anything in the house without sharing with the two little bottomless pits, so he shared.
Shelby got some, too. Unfortunately, about 10 seconds after this picture was taken Shelby ended up with a bunch of coffee down the front of her new dress. Don't worry - a little water dabbing seconds after the incident saved the dress.
Baba got to spend some quality time with his youngest granddaughter as well. She actually slept here on his lap for at least an hour one day - she enjoyed it, but it took 3 of us just to get Baba off the couch after that! (Just kidding - he did quite well getting up on his own - those weekly massages must be paying off!)
